The DeBordieu Legacy Fund was created in 2024 to assist the many valued employees of the DeBordieu Club and DeBordieu Colony Community Association. The fund exists to alleviate barriers and inspire success.

The DeBordieu Legacy Fund is structured to qualify as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. The application has been submitted and is pending IRS review. The review and approval process generally takes between 3 and 6 months. Assuming approval, all donations to the Legacy Fund, retroactive to the October 22, 2024 date of incorporation, will be tax deductible. In the unexpected event that approval is not obtained, we will communicate this information to all donors immediately. Any questions regarding the deductibility of donations made during the pendency of the IRS application process should be directed to your tax advisor.
